Discover classics revisited with originality and elegance: a mimosa & caviar sandwich, accompanied by a pre-dessert featuring Williams pear, a straciatella ice cream entremets, a yellow kiwi and rose geranium pavlova, a Saint Honoré with toasted vanilla and salted butter caramel, a puff pastry brioche with candied Chanteclerc apples, and a flan with hazelnuts from Lot-et-Garonne.
