The Concierges' Gazette
A new fresh start for this institution of the Champs Elysées, recently took over by the Bertrand Group with a decor signed by the duo Gam-Fratesi and a young and friendly service. The Scandinavian cuisine, is revisited by the famous Danish Chef Andreas who will delight you with brill, celery and apple; topinambour, diced apples, and mussels powder; burber, langoustine and Kale cabbage; pigeon, beetroots and cranberry; and for desert, white chocolate meringue, rutabaga, kohlrabi, frozen yogurt or apple, yogurt ice cream and thyme… among other delicacies.
You will also enjoy a beautiful inside terrace with a view on the most beautiful avenue of the world, thanks to its bay windows. The Copenhague is located just on top of the Flora Danica, which serves lighter dishes: declined salmon and other Danish specialties.
