Olio Nuovo Days 2019

Every year, Olio Nuovo Days highlights the freshest extra virgin olive oils. For the 2019 edition taking place in Paris from January 16th to 19th, our Chef Adrien Brunet has selected the Turkish olive oil Kisthene for its sweet and scented taste.


Realized with Domat olives, originated from the Aegean region and whose name comes from the local little green tomatoes, this cold-pressed oil reveals artichoke and fresh herb flavors, with exotic touches of avocado and banana.


For the gourmets and olive-oil lovers (olive oil is the only product gathering at the same table gastronomes and health-specialists), take the opportunity to enjoy the latest cuvee of the Kisthene 0.2 oil at lunch with the roast trout, virgin sauce with Iberian chorizo and beetroot preserve (for Saint James Club members and hotel clients only) or at dinner with the roast fillet of turbot, salad and soup of «caviar» from Berry, French Baeri caviar.
