Celebrate the arrival of this year’s new olive oil in the northern hemisphere!

Throughout the week, our Chef, Jean-Luc Rocha, will highlight the delicious oil from Casas de Hualdo in Toldedo, Spain.

Its intense green robe and its subtle tastes of artichoke, almond and tomato plant will flavour your weekly Club menu. The Beef mode in a terrine and foie gras will also be accompanied by Cornicabra olives.
