Bloody Mustard, Pear & Ginger Martiny… Both are the signature cocktails of our new head bartender, Gaël Brissiaud, and a promising glimpse of the upcoming cocktail menu in the Library-Bar!
Gaël experienced prestigious addresses in various parts of the world (Murano in Paris, Beau Rivage in Switzerland, Kube Hotel and then Byblos in Saint Tropez, lSivolière in Courchevel and Eden Rock at Saint Barthélémy…), and the flavors and colors found in Turkey inspired him the most. Captivated by the magic of our little chateau, he has dropped his cases and will surprise your taste buds with subtle combinations of softness and spices, sweet and bitter. With his Bloody Mustard, he revisits the traditional Bloody Mary with truffle flavored salt, mustard from Dijon, olive oil with basil and tequila. His Pear & Ginger Martini mixes honey infused with ginger, thyme, lemon peel and vodka.
Surrounded by the 12 000 books of the library, it is between the 2 Napoleon III lamp posts of the counter that Gaël will contribute to the story of the Saint James Paris!
The Library Bar is opened to the public every day from 7 pm.
