For gourmet and history lovers, do not miss “Pâques dans tous ses éclats”, an exhibition taking place in the Galerie des Cerfs of the Chantilly Castle and initiated by the Auberge du Jeu de Paume, a Relais & Châteaux property in Chantilly, in partnership with Valrhona. You will admire the chocolate creations of the best Chefs and chocolatiers of the region, who only had to give free rein to their imagination. Our Pastry Chef Sophie Bonnefond is among them and will surprise you with her “Birth of Spring”.
