A new chocolatier has just opened next to the Saint James Paris 

Established in Damville for three generations, the Cruizel family has evolved amidst fragrances of chocolate. With the help of skilled cacaoféviers, confectioners and chocolate maker, the family carries on with its tradition, where everything started, in Normandy. The Manufacture Cruizel has developed a direct, sustainable relation with cacao planters, a commitment that is a pledge of quality. To achieve this, cacao beans are fermented according to a skillfully controlled technique, at the planter’s premises. Then, everything is made at the manufacture Cruizel: from the slow roasting process that perfectly reveals all the cacao flavours, to the subtle decorations which are often handmade. This results is a range of tastes from unique soils, emphasized by traditional or innovative recipes.
